All rooms are located on the second level. There is an upstairs private entrance to all rooms. The rates shown below are based on a double occupancy for each room. There is an extra $25 charge for an extra person per night. Only in summer, do room rates include a continental breakfast with coffee and juice. 1.) Cozy Bear : Enjoy your stay in the room with one king bed and one full bed. The room has free WiFi, Direct TV and a beautiful view of the Kenai Mountains in the distance. The full bathroom and shower is just right outside of the room. Share the bathroom with the "Lazy Bear" room. There is also another guest full bathroom and shower located on the first floor for you to use if desired.

2.) Lazy Bear : This room has the same square footage as the Cozy Bear room. The room has two queen beds and a view of the Kenai Mountains in the distance. It also has free WiFi and Direct TV. The full bathroom and shower is right outside next to the bedroom. Share the bathroom with the "Cozy Bear" room. If you prefer, you can also use our guest full bathroom and shower on the first floor.
